The PCC of All Saints Leek is thrilled to announce a brand-new role: Director of Music. This is a fantastic chance to make a real impact in our community by shaping the mission and ministry of the parish, strengthening our Anglo-Catholic tradition of worship, and inspiring the next generation through music.

Personal attributes
The advertised role of Director of Music requires someone who:
(1) Is a gifted choral trainer and has experience in providing musical tuition to children and adults;
(2) Plays the organ to a professional standard;
(3) Has a broad knowledge of and passion for choral music and liturgy;
(4) Is an encourager, able to nurture skills in others;
(5) Is reliable, approachable, and builds good relationships;
(6) Treats all people with dignity and respect, regardless of musical ability or background;
(7) Is able to work both as a (supervised) member of a team as well as independently;
(8) Is resilient and persevering, able to learn from set-backs;
(9) Is willing to develop their skills and engage with relevant training;
(10) Is keen to think strategically about the role of music within the life of All Saints.
