At The Talentum Learning Trust, we are committed to maintaining high standards of governance to ensure the effective management and oversight of our schools. Governance Structure
Committees The Board of Trustees is supported by several committees, each with a specific focus area. These committees include:
- Finance and Audit Committee: Oversees financial management, budgeting, and audit processes to ensure the Trust's financial health and compliance.
- Achievement and Progress Committee: Monitors educational performance, curriculum development, and school improvement initiatives to ensure high standards of teaching and learning.
- Pay Committee: Manages staff recruitment, development, and remuneration policies to attract and retain high-caliber educators and support staff.
Executive Leadership Team The Executive Leadership Team, led by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), is responsible for the operational management of the Trust. This team includes senior leaders with expertise in education, finance, HR, and operations. They work closely with the Board of Trustees and LGBs to implement the Trust's strategic priorities and ensure the smooth running of all schools within the Trust.

By leveraging the expertise and dedication of our Members, Trustees, LGBs, and Executive Leadership Team, we ensure that Talentum Learning Trust remains a place where every learner can succeed and flourish.
