At The Talentum Learning Trust, we endeavour to appropriately align great practice, whilst our schools own the process and retain their distinctiveness.
The Trust provides:
- Bespoke one to one support and challenge to school leadership teams;
- Coaching offer;
- A series of professional network groups;
- An annual CPD programme.

Professional Development
We recognise that excellence in teaching and learning is only possible when our colleagues are well supported. Our Trust is one where everyone grows. All staff, irrespective of age or experience, are encouraged to develop their professional skills through engaging in training and by sharing their skills and expertise within and between schools.
Our schools source external providers of training in some instances and collaborate with shared priorities. Talentum’s professional development opportunities aim to support our teaching staff to be the very best they can be; leading to improved provision and outcomes for our students.
